Most of our properties
are available for a long term rental. We feel for a
long let / long term rental most are ideally placed with
everything within walking distance so car hire is not essential. Availability
is normally between Oct-March but this does depend on existing reservations
so could be longer if needed, please always ask.The rates are determined
as to the length of stay and whether bills are included or not, all community
charges and rates are included.
We cater for two
different kinds of clientele, those that need to escape the UK weather
for a few months and those who are thinking of buying property and settling
in Spain. It is then a very good idea to rent for a while to see if you
like the area, the climate and the amenities before you commit yourself.
