Los Altos is situated 5Km south of Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa in the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca has a lovely climate all year round with over 320 days of sunshine. The Costa Blanca and Murcia region offer fantastic golfing opportunities. The cities of Alicante, Orihuela, Murcia and Cartegena are less than an hours drive away
Costa Blanca offers clean sandy beaches and a wide variety of water sports up and down the coast, there are also some excellent water/theme parks and some of the finest golf courses. The popular golf courses of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a ten minute drive away and the famous Golf La Finca just 20 minutes away
This is a 2 bedroom ground floor property set in its own landscaped gardens to front, side and rear which guarantees all day sunshine.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and one with twin beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped comprising electric cooker with hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer
There are two bathrooms:1 with bidet, and shower fitted over the bath and one with a walk in shower. The dining room has a dvd player. There is full air conditioning, which also heats in the cooler months. At the front of the property the terrace provides shade on very hot days. There is a safe fitted in one of the bedrooms.
The communal pool is directly at the back of the property so you can have a cool dip and then sit back in the privacy of your own garden. There are table and chairs with shade and sun beds. All linen and towels are supplied. (Not beach towels)
Within a ten minute walk of the apartment there is a commercial centre with a variety of shops bars and restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is only 1km away and will take a couple of minutes by car or depending on the heat if you are buying heavy goods, 15 minutes walking.
