Aguas Nuevas is on the northern side of Torrevieja, which is a busy, bustling town with a wide a range of facilities and amenities. It has seven blue flag beaches, a marina, a casino, a sports centre and tennis courts, museums, parks and churches, there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars in this thriving tourist resort.
There are excellent shopping facilities, including a Carrefour hypermarket only a short distance away. Some areas of Torrevieja have been designated as protected nature reserves and park lands, which you can enjoy walking through. The two large salt lakes are home to flamingos, seabirds and wildlife. The air is clean and pure, ideal for those with asthma or chest complaints. Torrevieja is a good base for exploring the rest of the coastal area. There are also numerous pubs and clubs in the near by centre for the young at heart or those who just like to party. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are both about 30 mins away.
This comfortable townhouse is in a quiet area of Aguas Nuevas close to all amenities so car hire is not essential. It has 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes. The main bedroom has a balcony with table & chairs. There is a single bedroom downstairs with a wardrobe and a double bed.
The bright and airy lounge has UK television and a CD player. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen (not american style).There are patio areas at the front and back of the house equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers etc.
This house is ideal for families. The pool is directly behind and easily viewed from the patio area. It is also suitable for the less mobile with a downstairs bedroom and toilet/washroom downstairs
