Lying just north of the Torrevieja salt lake, Los Montesinos is one of the Vega Baja villages of the Southern Costa Blanca, Spain
It is a traditional village that is far from the wayward growth of other tourist resorts. It is an up and coming typical Spanish town and benefits from a recent growth in tourism due to its excellent location being near an abundance of holiday pursuits but still manages to retain its charm of a well loved Spanish residence. Montesol villas offers you a relaxed and friendly stay in a quiet urbinisation just on the outside of Los Montesinos itself.
A 25 min walk brings you to the town with bars, restaurants, supermarkets , chemists, shops and banks, a car is advisable as the road back is slightly uphill! The town of Los Montesinos is renowed for countless annual cultural activities and “fiestas” celebrated throughout the year.
This is a bright and airy two bedroomed semi detached bungalow with a private residents communal pool and is new to the rental market. The private roof top solarium will guarantee you that tan! The lounge has a TV, a DVD player and CD player
It is fully furnished and equipped for 5/6 people. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine.The accommodation is made up of one double room, one twin room and a good sized lounge with sofa bed. It benefits from having part aircon which is included in the price. It has two bathrooms. For your added security this property has an alarm. The property is only 15 minutes from the championship golf course of La Finca & 15 minutes from the beautiful blue flag beaches at Guardamar.
The lakes and nearby mountain areas are ideal for walking, cycling or birdwatching. There are 5 golf courses nearby and Torrevieja is less than ten minutes away by car where you will find a large commercial shopping centre, with international restaurants, bowling, and an Aqua Park.
There are 17km of blue flag beaches along the coast from Torrevieja to Guardamar and the warm water and therapeutic mud spas of the Mar Menor are worth the 30 minute drive. For shoppers and people-watchers local markets can be found every day in nearby towns and the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Benidorm are all easily accessible by motorway. We would recommend using a car to get about as there is plenty to see and do. You can fly into either Murcia or Alicante airports, it is about a 30 min drive depending on the time of year
There is a 60 euros charge payable locally for each booking and 15euros for meet/greet with the keys (15 euros not payable if airport transfer booked) For departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally. For stays of over one week please add 15euros for the linen change
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please.
The owner reserves the right
to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in
some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the
lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with
prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor
