This bright well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is situated within a private gated complex with lots of communal patio areas and a pretty communal pool just south of Torrevieja town in the Naufragos area and a 5 min walk to the Blue Flag Naufragos beach
The property is adequately equipped for up to 5 people with 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both of which have plenty of storage and French doors which open onto 2 separate balconies.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa, rather than a sofa bed and there is a TV (which receives local channels subject to availability), a DVD player and a small radio/CD player
The large French doors in the lounge also open on to the main balcony which means this is a lovely summer let with lots of sea breezes wafting through the apartment. There are ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms for your ultimate comfort throughout the sultry summer nights. For the cooler winter evenings, heating will be provided. The American style kitchen comes complete with tall fridge-freezer, hob, oven and washing machine.
There is a large dining table and chairs in the living area and the sunny balcony is also perfect for alfresco dining, with a full patio set available.
There is parking available in the quiet streets just outside the complex. However you do not need to drive as you will find everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday within easy walking distance, along with supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The local Blue Flag sandy beach of Playa de Naufragos is just a short walk away at the top of the street and the lively, metropolitan town centre of Torrevieja, with its marina, street market and resident funfair is just a 30 minute walk along the main road. Many parades are held in Torrevieja town centre throughout the year.
If you prefer the sand of a bunker to that of the beach, there are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Along with Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only an hours drive south of El Paraiso. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.

SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE BALCONY- any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit.

greet services. This is payable in cash on arrival, along with a Security
