This beautiful air-conditioned, 6 bedroom villa with spacious private roof terrace, private garden and gated driveway, is located in Flamingo Hills, one of the nicest areas of Playa Flamenca and is just 25 minutes walk from the sandy beach. It also holds prime position just around the corner to not one, but two secure residents-only communal pools and gardens.
The properties occupied by the local neighbours are mostly permanent residents, rather than holiday-makers, making it the ideal property for a quieter get away from it all break. It will sleep up to 11 people+ babies in cots, and, although this villa is offered as one property, it comprises of 2, fully contained, 3 bed apartments (with separate main accesses). This makes this property ideal for large parties who wish to go on holiday together, whilst still retaining their privacy and own space.
The lower ground apartment comprises of a very comfortable, air-conditioned, lounge/dining area with UK TV & VCR. (subject to availability). French doors lead out onto the patio area, and the separate, fully equipped kitchen also boasts fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, iron & board, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a family bathroom and also an en-suite bathroom leading from the master bedroom (large shower enclosures have replaced the baths). There are two further bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single (meaning that the ground floor sleeps 5 ).
The upper apartment also has a very comfortable and stylish lounge / dining area and there is also UK TV and a VCR. On this level there are 2 family shower rooms (large shower enclosures have replaced the baths) There is one large double bedded room which also has a single bed in (ideal if you have a younger child which prefers to sleep with you, plus 2 twin bedrooms (meaning that the upper floor comfortably sleeps 6).
The separate kitchen is also fully equipped with similar items to the ground floor. Just off the kitchen, there is a doorway to a large patio area, with a gazebo available for the hotter days of summer. For your added comfort, and in addition to the air-conditioning units, there are ceiling fans throughout the property.
There is plenty of patio furniture and a barbeque on the roof terrace to enable you all to enjoy the pleasures of eating alfresco as a whole group. The villa is ideally located for the beautiful beaches, golf courses and attractions the area has to offer. It is also within walking distance to local bars, supermarkets and shops, with larger squares, eating areas and a Saturday market within a five minute drive away.
The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamar and Las Rambles are less than 10 minutes drive away. It is just 10 minutes drive south from Torrevieja and 5-10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. It is also a 15 minute walk from three commercial centres, Flamenca Beach, Via Park and the Emerald Isle at La Florida which all offer a wide range of bars, restaurants and shopping and it’s just a 5-10 minute drive from the golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar.
Local Activities: Golf, Tennis, Cycling, Jet Ski, Scuba Diving, Water Skiing, Aqua Park, Swimming, Sea Fishing, Horse Riding, Walking and go-karting.
With up to 11 people staying in the villa, car hire is not essential but maybe handy for convenience and shopping trips!
