This spacious, air-conditioned 2 bed apartment is situated in the popular area of Cabo Roig with easy access to the local beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. Murcia airport, Torrevieja and Alicante are all easily accessible. All amenities are close by so car hire is not essential.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size divan with wardrobe and storage drawers, and the other bedroom has two UK size single beds, again with wardrobe and storage drawers. The homely lounge has a very comfortable sofa and armchair (rather than a sofa bed) with a dining area for 4 people which opens out onto the balcony, enabling guests to enjoy the delights of Al Fresco dining.The TV receives UK channels, subject to availability. There is also a DVD player - so bring along your favourite DVD & CD’s.
The well equipped American kitchen has a full oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is air-conditioning (cold for the summer months and warm air heating for the winter months) in the main lounge area and in the master bedroom. The twin room has a ceiling fan. There is a king size divan bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size single beds in the twin bedroom. For parties of 5 we can install a z-bed for a small charge. There is a lift to the apartment and it is wheelchair accessible, which makes this apartment suitable for the elderly or infirm. There is a security system entry by intercom along with a resident concierge.
The large seasonal communal swimming pool, which can be partially viewed from the balcony (to your right), is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and terraces along with access to a restaurant. Views from the left side of the balcony are far reaching all the way to the San Miguel Salt Lakes.
The coastal path is just a 5 minute walk away, which takes you to a beautiful Marina with an Sea front, cliff top Restaurant. The centre of the resort is located between the attractive Blue Flag beaches and marinas of Cabo Roig and Campoamor where again there are many shops, bars and restaurants (including Indian, Chinese, Mexican, English and Spanish).
There are restaurants, bars, and a bank all within the complex and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the local vicinity. The main bus route runs past the complex and there is a bus stop just outside and the exclusive resort of the rich and famous, La Manga, is only about 15 mins drive away.
If you prefer the sand of a golf bunker to that of the beach, there are 3 international golf courses just 2-3 km inland. There are lots of other leisure activities in the local area, including swimming, diving, horse riding, water skiing and wind surfing. There is also a leisure complex near Torrevieja which has a multi-screen cinema and a ten-pin bowling alley and games centre and there is also a local Aqua park
