This two bedroom light and airy property is on the 4th floor of a secure block on the edge of Torrevieja in the Aguas Nuevas area. It benefit's from superb views and has it's own residents pool with green gardens. The local aqua park is within walking distance and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches and golf courses are a short drive away - the closest beach is within walking distance.
Less than 5 mins drive away is the huge Hypermarket Carrefour and a modern shopping mall. Here you can buy everything from local produce to some of those usual favourite brands from home and there is a myriad of tropical fruits and foodstuff.
In the comfortable lounge there is a television which receives some UK channels, subject to availability. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, iron and board and washing machine There is also a dining area with table and chairs.
In addition to the cool breeze coming in from the duel aspect lounge windows there are fans in all rooms, for your added comfort.
The local supermarkets are conveniently located within a five minute walk. Within a short driving distance there are golf courses, cinema facilities and a bowling complex. La Mata beach is approximately a 25-minute walk away, but many of the other blue flag Costa Blanca beaches are only a short drive away.
There is a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. These include Chinese, Italian, Indian, and Belgium. Alternatively the lively town and beach front of Torrevieja, where in the summer months there is a resident funfair and evening craft market is only a short distance away.
