The area of Villamartin is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 5 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar
The Florida Golf complex is a brand new development in the golfers paradise of Villamartin on the outskirts of Torrevieja. It is situated between Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses with it’s own residents only swimming pool. There is a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants approximately five minutes walk from the apartment and the nearest large supermarket is a five minute drive. Villamartin Plaza is fifteen to twenty minutes walk and offers a large selection of cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. There are numerous street markets in this area, with the nearest being in Playa Flamenca on a Saturday. Other nearby markets include Guardamar (Sunday) San Pedro (Monday) San Miguel (Wednesday) and Torrevieja (Friday).
This lovely 2 bedroom first floor apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach at La Zenia. Whether your perfect holiday consists of beach/golf activity, shopping or rest and relaxation, you will find it all here
There is secure underground parking as well as parking being available outside of the apartment and a safe is provided for your added security. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. There are a selection of music CD's and games available, there is also a DVD player and a wide selection of DVD's for your entertainment. The TV receives English channels subject to availability. Bed linen and bath towels are provided however guests must bring their own pool/beach towels. Guests have use of the large communal swimming pool which has a separate children’s area. The pool area is manned by a life guard during July and August. The extra large rooftop solarium is accessed via a spiral staircase so may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or infirm.

Please note, the Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male
or all-female bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in
some circumstances and with prior consent of owner
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON TERRACE - any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit
