The area of Villamartin is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 5 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar

The Florida Golf complex is a brand new development in the golfers paradise of Villamartin. It is situated between Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses, with it’s own residents only swimming pool. A 20 minute walk away you can find the buzzing nightlife of Villamartin Plaza, which boasts over 30 cosmopolitan bars and restaurants.

This lovely ground floor apartment is brand new and finished to a superb standard. There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. All of the beds have memory foam mattresses, for your ultimate comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, iron and ironing board. The living area is extremely comfortable with a sofa bed converts to a double bed that could be used as extra sleeping. There is a dining table and four chairs and all rooms have ceiling fans.

For your in-house entertainment there is a television that receives English channels subject to availability, a video and DVD player. Also a CD/radio/cassette player, games and cards are also supplied. A book is also available with details of all local beaches, pubs, restaurants, taxis services etc. Everything for home to home comfort!! There are two fishing rods available for any fishermen!

The apartment has a front garden and a secluded back patio equipped with patio table and chairs, small, portable, barbeque, parasol and sun loungers. There is also private parking. For added security the apartment is fitted with a safe and grills on all windows and doors. There is everything you need nearby, including a large supermarket and you are also only a 15 minute drive from the lively, metropolitan town of Torrevieja.

There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.

During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets. All linen and towels are supplied, including beach towels. For larger parties, the property above this apartment is also for rent.

Please note, the Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male or all-female bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in some circumstances and with prior consent of owner

SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON TERRACE - any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit
