The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa is popular for it's beaches, restaurants and bars and is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. There is a local bus service which regularly runs along the N332 to Torrevieja and Cartagena.
This one bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Cabo Roig (referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca) and offers all the necessary facilities within walking distance including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is in a secure gated complex.
Thr apartment comprises of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge (with sofa bed ) and a small galleria with washing machine. It has ceiling fans and English TV. Immediately adjacent to the rear of the apartment is the communal swimming pool.

There is a large communal swimming pool and within a 2 min walk there are several tennis courts at the local Cabo Roig Club. The market town of Pilar de la Horadada is about 10 minutes by car, the salt and fishing harbour town of Torrevieja is 20 minutes away, Alicante airport less than 1 hour, and the nearby Murcia airport only 25 minutes along the coast.
