This is the ideal apartment for those of you looking for the bustling metropolitan feel of Torrevieja. The weekly market is held every Friday just a stone's throw from the building.

Overlooking the inner courtyard and pools, the apartment enjoys relative privacy for such a central position and evening noise levels are reasonable due to the top floor (of four). Also nearby there is a small park

There are 2 lifts which service the apartment block. The apartment block also is secured by entry-phone system. There is a supermarket just at the base of this apartment block which means everything is definitely within walking distance and therefore a car is not a necessity.

The well equipped kitchen has all the usual cooking facilities and the spacious lounge opens out onto the private balcony, which overlooks the communal pool below.

This West-facing balcony is covered and private. It’s sunny aspect makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals. The terrace is fully equipped with a patio set to enable guests to enjoy alfresco eating in the early mornings or the sultry summer evenings. The communal pool is open during the high season
