The property is very secure with fitted internal security roller blinds, external security grilles, burglar alarm system and fitted security safe for your peace of mind while you are away from the property. Also available are four cushioned sun loungers, patio table with cushioned chairs and a gas barbeque. The roof terrace is a generous 60m2 with an adjustable curtained awning, for those who need a little shade.
The views from the roof terrace are overlooking the mountains and salt lakes, with beautiful sunsets making it an ideal spot to sit out on those warm summer evenings and enjoy a private dinner, whilst sampling the local vinos! Just 50 yards from your front door is the superb communal pool for the residents use only, set in landscaped gardens with wooden decking areas, two showers and a separate pool for young children, but for the cooler months you also have an Torrevieja’s Olympic size indoor pool within easy walking distance. (Please note that the pool is closed daily between the hours of 3-5 due to the Spanish siesta)
Located within a 5 minute walk is a local shopping area including bars, supermarkets and various restaurants including Chinese, Indian, English and traditional Tapas! Within a short drive there is a water park, cinema, casino, tin pin bowling centre and a huge shopping mall and hypermarket.
Torrevieja town centre with it's lively bars, cosmopolitan range of restaurants, shops, craft market and resident fun-fair is also a great place to visit.
This area is a golfers paradise with many excellent golf courses all within a short drive and you will be spoilt for choice. La Finca, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin to mention just a few
