This sunny apartment consists of 1 double room and 2 twin room bedrooms. There is a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the air-conditioned lounge/dining area has a double sofa bed, TV picking up local channels subject to availability, DVD player, radio and CD player. The apartment has a spacious private balcony which has patio furniture, enabling you to enjoy the delights of al fresco dining. Door entry intercom system ensures security within the apartment complex. The apartment is suitably furnished and comfortable.

The well equipped American style kitchen has full cooking facilities, including a hob and full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a separate exterior utility area.

The three bedrooms are all spacious with wardrobes and vanity units and the master bedroom has both a door and window which both fully open. The door has a Juliet balcony and if you look out and to the left you have a tempting glimpse of the sea, through the palm trees!

Situated just past the end of the sandy beach of Los Locos, this 1st floor front-line, fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, is situated in a self-contained apartment complex. The apartment benefits from a large private swimming pool for guests and residents only. These apartments have prime position for beach, Torrevieja town, local tapas bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket just along the road. The sandy beach of Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butchers, fishmongers, bakery and small supermarket, providing mouthwatering fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. Just a short walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes.

You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and surrounding area. Three 18 hole championship golf courses are nearby. The newly opened theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hour's drive away and there are many activities including Horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name a but a few. Other local amenities include water-sports, horse-riding and go karting not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.

There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 10-15 minutes

Additional Local Charges
Please note €75 is added to the rates for cleaning & meet & greet services. This is payable in cash on arrival, along with a Security Deposit of either €150 or £100. These rates are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests will be charged £25 per guest, per week.
Any mid-stay linen/towel changes will incur a small fee dependant on the number of guests
