This property is in Torre de la Horadada just south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. It is an alarmed property which comprises of a secure outside patio area with gated off-road parking. Coming into the villa you will find a very comfortable lounge with 2 double sofa beds (2 & 3 seater), a DVD player, radio cassette player and 28” TV, which receives local channels subject to availability. From the lounge there is an offset area, with dining suite, for formal dining. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all the usual electrical items, including fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, microwave and washing machine.The first bathroom is on this level and has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a further full family bathroom, with four piece suite on the 1st level. The twin and the double bedrooms are also on the 1st level and both have access to a shared balcony. Going up to the roof solarium there are 2 separate areas, both with patio furniture, where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine and enjoy a dining ‘alfresco’ delight. The villa is less than 10 minutes walk from at least three beaches and you pass though plazas with bars/restaurants/cafes to reach them. Just around the corner is a supermarket along with a Chinese restaurant, a sports bar and another restaurant/cafe/bar, catering for all tastes. Traditional Spanish bars, cafes and shops are dotted all throughout the old town, just waiting to be discovered. Chemists, newsagents and general stores are to be found in the back streets, but all within an easy level walk of approx. 5 minutes. The whole area is level and flat - no hills nor steep cliffs, not even to the beaches and plenty of easy parking. The property is in a quiet area, but just a short walk to resort facilities that stay open late. Over 50% of the properties on the complex are believed to be main residential homes. Although the beaches are many kilometres long, they are divided into lots of smaller beaches and coves which makes the area more private and secluded. The Mediterranean Sea around the beaches is clear and blue, making the area popular with people who enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving. The beaches here are cleaned every day and have all been awarded triple blue flag awards, therefore, you can rest assured that the beaches will be idyllic. Along the coast you will find many marinas where boats and yachts are moored. There are normally restaurants or cafes nearby where you can sit and have a meal, whilst enjoying the excellent views all around you. There are many popular golf courses in this area and one of the nearest is the Campoamor Golf Course. As well as the 18-hole course, there is also a 4 star hotel on site and a clubhouse in the centre of the course housing a very stylish restaurant and club shop. Outdoors, you will find football pitches, tennis courts and a large outdoor swimming pool. Buses run to Torrevieja, Alicante and Cartengena about every 20 minutes up the N332 - which is less than half a mile away. Torre de la Horadada is still old town Spain with new Urbanisations on it’s outskirts. Murcia airport is approx. 10 minute drive away and very easy to get from/to. Alicante airport is up the coast - approx 45 miles away Rental rates These rates are for up to 6 guests.
