It is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, as well as the numerous beaches of the Costa Blanca. 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. A car is recommended to take advantage of all the area’s facilities.
This fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 3rd floor apartment is spacious and airy. It is located close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Perfect for a golfing or beach holiday and ideally placed for motorway access for further exploring of the wonderful Costa Blanca.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom both with built in wardrobes and are nicely furnished. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The spacious lounge diner also benefits from air conditioning. Satellite TV, DVD Player. Doors lead from the lounge area to a terrace, with table and chairs. There is also a large private solarium with sun beds for the sun worshippers .Positioned on the 3rd floor of this 3 storey apartment block. There is also a communal pool.The bathroom is fully tiled with sink and mirror, shower cubicle and toilet.
The American style kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, fridge-freezer. Sufficient cookware, crockery etc are provided.
