The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa is popular for it's beaches, restaurants and bars and is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. There is a local bus service which regularly runs along the N332 to Torrevieja and Cartagena.

This three bedroom villa is situated in the very popular Cabo Roig (referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca) and offers all the necessary facilities within walking distance including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

This pueblo style holiday villa occupies the first and second floors It offers a lounge, dining room with cable TV, CD and DVD, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and 2 spacious outside terraces overlooking the gardens. The spacious first floor terrace has a sun blind and is complete with dining table and chairs and barbecue. Immediately adjacent to the rear of the villa is the resort swimming pool.

The ground floor of the holiday villa is a separate self contained 1 bedroom apartment with accommodation for 4 people. It comprises of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge and a small galleria with washing machine. It has ceiling fans and English TV

Overall the Cabo Roig holiday villa has accommodation for up to 10 persons in a quality development overlooking the gardens and a 5min walk from both blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig. The local Costa Blanca golf courses of Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Marquesa are located nearby with discount golf offers available.

There is a large communal swimming pool and within a 2 min walk there are several tennis courts at the local Cabo Roig Club. The market town of Pilar de la Horadada is about 10 minutes by car, the salt and fishing harbour town of Torrevieja is 20 minutes away, Alicante airport less than 1 hour, and the nearby Murcia airport only 25 minutes along the coast.The house can be rented separately from the apartment.
