The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa is popular for it's beaches, restaurants and bars and is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. There is a local bus service which regularly runs along the N332 to Torrevieja and Cartagena.

This two bedroomed town house is situated in the very popular Cabo Roig (referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca) and offers all the necessary facilities within walking distance including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches, both sandy, within 5 minutes walk, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments. Within a ten minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses
The Villa is part of the Los Anguis II community which is situated in mature gardens of a residential development overlooking the swimming pool and benefits from two terraces within a gated complex. There is private parking via electronic gates which is accessed by a key fob.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the pool. The lounge has TV with some english channels. There is a downstairs shower room, with shower, wash basin and toilet.The kitchen is fully equipped with an outside drying area. There is a patio to the front of the house and the pool is set in tropical gardens
The rates below include all
utility bills, your departure clean and being met at the property with
the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight
– 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally)
