This two bedroom town house is situated in the very popular Cabo Roig (referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca) and offers all the necessary facilities within walking distance including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches, both sandy, within 5 minutes walk, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments. Within a ten minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses

The Villa is part of the Los Anguis II community which is situated in mature gardens of a residential development overlooking the swimming pool and benefits from two terraces within a gated complex. There is private parking via electronic gates which is accessed by a key fob.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the pool. The lounge has a flat screen Tv with over 40 english channels. There is a downstairs shower room, with shower, wash basin and toilet.The kitchen is fully equipped with an outside drying area. For your comfort all rooms have ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available, if needed, on a meter with a unit in the lounge and one in each bedroom.

There is a patio to the front of the house.

The rates below include all utility bills, your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 – 07.00 am there is a charge of 10 euros payable locally)
