there are no apartments or high raise buildings nearby. It is close to
all amenites ,shops bars newsagents, super markets, medical centre, dentist,
chemist, banks etc. There are restaurants with English and International
Cuisine approx 10 mins walkaway or a 1 - 2 mins drive.A
3 mins car drive or a 30 mins walk is the Blue Flag beach of La Marina
with a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, here you will find a restuarant
and a beach bar and water sports etc.
