This lovely property is a high quality 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex with a large front garden with patio and garden furniture. It has a stunning communal pool with a children's section which is open daily with a lifeguard in attendance from 1st June to the 30th September.

There is easy parking outside the property or you can use the underground garage. A 10 minutes slow walk will bring you to a long sandy beach with bars and restaurants in either direction along the coast. About a 10 minutes drive will bring you to a large shopping complex and aqua park.

There is also a bus-stop nearby for a 15 minute ride to the city of Torrevieja. Within a 15 minute drive there are 3 different golf courses and a leisurely 15 minute walk with bring you to the long sandy dunes of La Mata beach

Cleaning is compulsory and in addition to the rental charges below. The current charge for cleaning is £45.00 per booking and must be paid with the balance.

Rentals can start and finish on any day of the week. Rentals in the summer school holiday period are also flexible, however rentals at Easter, and at May and October half term, must run Saturday to Saturday.
