This is a two bedroom ground floor apartment in a newly completed residential area with private pool for residents situated in the Aguas Nuevas/ La Mata area of Torrevieja 40 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia airports.

Bars, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants are within a 5 min walk from the property. A 20 minute walk will bring you to the long sandy beaches of La Mata .A 10 min stroll will bring you to the nearest cove Cala de la Higuera or Cala Redono. Playa de los Locos is also within easy walking distance.

The accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen including an oven/hob,micro-wave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is an open-plan dining/sitting area with a sofa bed, Sky TV, DVD player and radio/cassette player. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, one has a double bed and the other twin beds.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and basin. There is a back door with two steps down to a small shingled area from which there is access to the pathway leading to the resident’s private swimming pool.

At the front of the property there are lower and upper sun terraces that enjoy the sun all day. A table and chairs are provided to enjoy “al fresco” eating and drinking!

La Mata’s “blue flag” beach is only a few minutes drive away either by bus or car, or approximately 20mins walk. The pine tree and dune-backed beaches of Guardamar are also close by (5 miles). The natural salt marshes of Torrevieja and La Mata are now a nature reserve that is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, etc. Various golf courses are close by. The local Tourist Information Center in Torrevieja town has information on lots of other activities and sights of interest in the area including visiting a submarine!

For children – there is a Water Park (5 minutes’ drive from the apartment near ‘Carrefour’ supermarket) and play areas on the clean, sandy beaches in Torrevieja town, La Mata and Guardamar
