Two superbly located luxury private villas, each catering for parties of up to 10 people. They are complete with private pools in a tranquil residential area of Punta Prima, Torrevieja just 200 metres from the beach
There are many facilities close to hand, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs. The region is also well known for it’s three excellent golf courses within 10 minutes drive. There are two double bedrooms (one en suite) and 3 twin bedrooms in each villa.The lounge has Cable TV, a Radio, stereo and CD Player also on hand.
General facilities include a washing machine, ceiling fans, free-standing fans, air con and heaters. Outdoors there is a Balcony, terrace garden, barbecue area, washing line and parking
Linen is supplied (Not Beach Towels). This is changed weekly. Water, gas and electricity is included. A returnable deposit of £250 is requested upon arrival. A car is not essential. Taxis to and from the airport can also be arranged.There is always someone close at hand to assist you on your holiday, and the villas, swimming pools and gardens are well maintained throughout the year.
