Two superbly located luxury private villas side by side, each catering for parties of up to 10 people. They are complete with private pools in a tranquil residential area of Torrevieja near Alicante just 200 metres from the beach
They can each be let as a whole or as a 2 bedroom villa with a 3 bedroom apartment on the floor below, each with own facilities and entrance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. They are ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. The property has a 9 x 4m private pool and a beautiful, well maintained garden with barbecue area. There is a comfortable living and dining area with fully functional cable TV, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a laundry facility. The propertys are situated in a tranquil residential area just 2 minutes walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. There are many facilities within a short walk including bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets (inc Lidl, Carrefour and Aldi for economical shopping ), plus a variety of other shops and a go-cart track for those looking for a little more energetic amusement.
The region is known for its 3 excellent golf courses, all within 10 minutes drive. The main town of Torrevieja is also just 5 minutes drive away.
There are two double bedrooms (one en suite) and 3 twin bedrooms in each villa. Cots and high chairs can be hired. A car is not essential but competitive rates can be offered on cars or a minibus. A taxi to and from the airport can also be arranged.
There are many bowls clubs in the area, sea fishing, for those who enjoy bird watching there are a number of nature reserves designed for this activity. Horse riding is available at reasonable rates and all the various water sports that you would expect. There are two Aqua Parks in the area, a Bowling Alley, Cinema, Casino, Discos and plenty of live entertainment including Flamenco dancing. The famous Terra Mitica theme park is just 1 hours drive away as is Benidorm with all its entertainment venues. La Manga, where all the international football teams and sports personalities come to train and relax is only 45 minutes drive away.
Linen is supplied (Not Beach
Towels). This is changed weekly. Water, gas and electricity is included.
A returnable deposit of £250 is requested upon arrival. A car is
not essential. Taxis to and from the airport can also be arranged. There
is always someone close at hand to assist you on your holiday, and the
villas, swimming pools and gardens are well maintained throughout the
year.
