It has a large east facing balcony to catch the early morning sun. The roof terrace covers the entire property and can be used all year round for sun bathing, it is not overlooked by any other property and is surrounded on all sides by a wall.

There are many beaches within a 5 minute drive, the beach at La Mata is about 2 miles long and rarely crowdedThere are two pools situated in a secure compound, they are shared by a small number of properties, they are well maintained with a smaller pool suitable for younger children.
It is equipped with latest digital TV system which means 40 channels of high quality UK programmes, the usual BBCs ITV C4 Sky Sports and Movies etc. There is also a CD player/ radio.
There is an electric barbecue and a extension so you can BBQ on the roof if you wish, which is a pleasant way to wind down and watch the sun go down over the distant mountains.
The Property is equipped with latest inverter air conditioning system which means that is kept nice and cool in the warmer months to help you get a good nights sleep and is fully heated during the cooler months
