This superb luxury villa is 3 minutes drive from superb beaches and 2 minutes walking distance on the flat to an English Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated on the El Raso complex on the La Mata natural salt lake near to Guardamar and Quesada. It has an English supermarket, Indian, Chinese, Irish Pub, snack bar, Pizza, kebab and fish and chip take-away to date with more opening soon.
The villa sleeps 7 adults in 3 spacious bedrooms, with an extra person on the sofa bed in the lounge and is furnished with quality and has an alarm connected to the police.
The very spacious lounge has leather sofas, satelite tv and a music centre with radio/cd player (english speaking chanel), a DVD player and a/c which also serves the dining room and kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The Utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, water heater and a space for drinks and water bottles etc. There is a downstairs cloakroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet
Bedroom one is a large airy room with double bed and A/C and heating and has an EN-SUITE shower room with sink and toilet. It also has a patio door to a balcony with views of the lake. (all beds have built in large double wardrobes)
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and again is very spacious with A/C. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds
Outside there is space to park 2 cars within the security of locked gates in the property and plenty of space outside.The 500msq garden is mature and lush with a large amount of patio space to sunbathe. There is a pagola for some shade and a terrace with a blind to sit and eat under. There is also a barbecue provided, 6 sunbeds, 10 chairs and 3 tables, which gives a wide choice of seating arrangements.The whole garden is screened by conifers to give seclusion.There are outside lights to swim and dine at night.
