the two salt lakes, this residential area was developed approximately
five years ago. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey
apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from
Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 20 miles from either Alicante
or Murcia Airport. It is now well established with pleasant gardens, local
shops and supermarkets and an assortment of café-bars, restaurants
and take-away outlets to provide for all tastes. The Aqua Park is a walk
away as is Carrefour and the new Habanaras shopping centre. Whilst we
would recommend a car while holidaying in this area to get the most out
of your stay it would not be a necessity as everything you need is within
walking distance This property is a 3 bedroom south facing upstairs apartment with large solarium, The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins and one bathroom (with shower). Ceiling fans are added for your comfort. In the lounge there is a DVD player, English TV, CD player, games, jigsaws and a selection of books. A cot can be supplied if needed. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) with washing machine, microwave and iron. The apartment is just 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport (airport pick-ups can be arranged). Its southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there! All linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. Price includes final clean The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
