The villa is surrounded by a wealth of local amenities inc. restaurants, post office, dental practice, pharmacy, supermarkets and pubs. Public transport and car hire is available allowing access to close proximity attractions such as Habaneras Centre (Zara, H&M etc) & Guardamar Beach.
The main bedroom has a large double bed with fitted wardrobes. Patio Doors open the room onto the west facing balcony. The twin bedroom is similar with two single beds/double bed, fitted wardrobes and an east facing balcony where there is also a drying area.
The main bathroom (upstairs) contains a large corner bath with a shower sink & toilet. This bathroom also contains a washing machine to suit the needs of most visitors. Bathroom 2 (downstairs) is much smaller in size and contains a shower, toilet & sink.
This area of the villa is open plan in design and contains both living and dining areas. The living area comprises of a three seat sofa, two single chairs, large TV with cable television (English).
The Dining area comprises of dining table and chars along with shelving and storage compartments and finishes the villa's open plan design. This room is located just off the kitchen providing excellent facilities for evening dining for up to 6 adults.
The contemporary styled kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, kettle, sink and a variety of storage space for food and utensils. This area comes with ample crockery and cutlery for tenants as well as cleaning products should they be required.
