Located between the two salt lakes, this residential area was developed approximately five years ago. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 20 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. It is now well established with pleasant gardens, local shops and supermarkets and an assortment of café-bars, restaurants and take-away outlets to provide for all tastes. The Aqua Park is a walk away as is Carrefour and the new Habanaras shopping centre. Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential.
This property is a 2 bedroom south facing upstairs apartment with large solarium, satellite TV, washing machine and microwave. It has part air-con which is included in the price with fans available in the two bedrooms. The apartment is just 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport (airport pick-ups can be arranged).
