This is a pretty Duplex type house located on the Urb of Las Torretas, Residential Macarena, which is a gated and secure complex, quiet with lovely gardens and a communal pool.The house comprises of 2 double bedrooms in total. There is a fully equipped bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs.
The well equipped kitchen has a built in breakfast bar and includes a large fridge / freezer,microwave, hob, new oven and extractor fan.The lounge is nicely furnished and has recently been painted, there is a new washing machine at the back of the house where there is a patio. It has English TV. At the front of the house is a small tiled garden and parking. There is air con and heating in the lounge and both bedrooms.
Should you wish to visit one of the beaches, you can take the bus into the centre of Torrevieja and spend the day at Playa de la Cura, which is approximately a 10 minutes walk.
Alternatively if you have a car, it is around a 10 minute drive to one of the stunning, blue flag, sandy beaches in the area. The property is only a 5 mins walk from the famous salt lakes and a 2 mins walk from buses, bars and restaurants. Torrevieja centre is a 5 mins drive. It is 45 mins from Alicante airport.
The property is available for long term let only.
The price is 495 euros a month plus water and electric.

It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
