Jardin del Mar V111 is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. Jardin del Mar is situated between the blue and pink salt lakes of Torrevieja.
Jardin Del Mar is ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
This is a first floor 2 bedroom apartment with its own roof top solarium. There is one double and one twin bedroom and one bathroom (with shower). All of the bedrooms are decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost.It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style)
The lounge has a suite with English TV and DVD player.
