Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 8 Jardin del Mar V is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. Jardin del Mar is situated between the blue and pink salt lakes of Torrevieja. Jardin Del Mar is ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. This is a first floor 3 bedroomed apartment with its own roof top solarium. There is one double, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower). All of the bedrooms are decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) There is a cot available at no extra charge. The lounge has a suite with English TV and DVD player, there are two z beds available for children if needed and can be put in the lounge. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board and washing machine. The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin and toilet. The roof top solarium has outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. Prices shown are per week for up to six guests, for a party of eight there is a small surcharge per week. Price below INCLUDES the departure clean, being met with the keys and the air con. Rental Rates Nov- Feb 225€ NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
