Playa Flamenca is a beautiful residential area near to all the required holiday facilities, e.g. blue flag beaches, championship golf courses, tennis, water sport, aqua parks and go-carting. Sightseers can choose from the nearby historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante or the pretty palm tree forest town of Elche. The town of Torrevieja with its long beach front promenade, excellent shopping, cafes, largest market in southern Spain and nightlife is just a short drive away. Playa Flamenca is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a very short drive.
This is a 3 bedroomed town house with one full bathroom (upstairs) and one shower room downstairs, situated in the popular area of Playa Flamenca, 10 mins drive from Torrevieja. It is on a quiet residential complex with communal pool. The property has its own private walled small terrace/ patio and small drive way for private parking.The communal pool has an outside shower and sunbathing areas.
The property is situated close to local bars and restaurants and is a 20- 25 minute walk to the beach (5 minutes by car) at Playa Flamenca. Other beautiful beaches are within comfortable driving distance – La Zenia, Torre de la Horadada, Cabo Roig.
There is an attractive fully furnished lounge/ dining area with English TV and fully equipped seperate kitchen (not american style) including: fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, juicer, iron and ironing board. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.
Off the lounge there is a downstairs shower room consisting of shower, toilet, wash basin and a mirror with lights. Also downstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, great for people with mobility problems.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a balcony leading off one of the bedrooms. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with bath/ shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The house has air conditioning in the lounge/ diner and in one of the double bedrooms upstairs.
Please note departure clean, being met at the property with the keys is all included in the price below! Air conditioning is available at £15 per week.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
