This is a brand new fully furnished air conditioned 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment situated within a 5 minute walk from the very popular Playa del Cura beach and within a 10 minute walk from Los Locos beach

Playa del Cura beach has games for children, showers, hammocks and the services of the Red Cross. It has numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes along the palm tree pedestrianised walk.

Playa De Los Locos is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouthwatering fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your emails.

You are also within 15 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. The theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hours drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx. 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc.

The apartment overlooks the pool. It has a double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and the main bedroom.

Departure clean and the meet/greet with the keys is included in the price below. Air conditioning is available, if needed, at 20euros a week. £100/150€ is needed on arrival for the security deposit
