The Playa Golf urbanisation is a popular area for golfers and beach lovers alike. It is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, as well as the numerous beaches of the Costa Blanca. It is 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. A car is recommended to take advantage of all the area’s facilities. A local bus is available on the main road and stops at the beach areas.

This lovely south facing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is spacious, airy and furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is located close to restaurants, bars, and shops. It is perfect for a golfing or beach holiday and ideally placed for motorway access for further exploring the wonderful Costa Blanca.

There is a good sized front terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ. This leads into the light and airy lounge diner with air conditioning. The American kitchen is well equipped and with a dining area. There is a TV with DVD player. One of the twin bedrooms is on this level as well as a shower room so good for people with mobility problems.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with patio doors to a terrace and built in wardrobes. There is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a spacious family bathroom with power shower over the bath.

All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

The further stairs lead up to a private solarium. The communal pool is less than 100 metres from the house.

The prices per week include clean and laundry. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems.
