Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport.
This stunning ground floor property affords a south facing solarium to the front of the house, complete with stone BBQ and quality patio furniture. Inside, we have a spacious living room, which has a good selection of English/American programs/films shown in English, (One French channell) DVD and Video players, CD player and dining suite.
To the rear of the house is a stylish and modern kitchen, complete with electric oven and electric hob, washing machine, microwave and all the cooking utensils you could require.
The property boasts 3 stylish bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests. There is a fold up bed available for the 6th person, a child. There is a cot, hire chair and bed guard available at no extra cost. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, the second with two twin beds, and the third room with a spacious single bed.The bathroom suite is also modern in style, complete with recently installed shower screen and fixtures.
Smoking is only allowed on the patio area of this property. There is Air Conditioning available (unit in the lounge) at a cost of 20€ per week and there is a safety deposit box available for your use. For your comfort ceiling fans are in all rooms.
Situated on the popular Jardin Del Mar urbanisation this property is surrounded by a wealth of leisure and shopping facilities that makes everything you require within easy access, without the need for a car. There is a cot and hire chair available if needed, free of charge. Price includes final clean.
