Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

This ground floor apartment is situated in a beautiful typical ‘Spanish’ style complex in Torrevieja. Just a five-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade, sandy beach, bars and restuarants where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! This is an ideal holiday apartment. The complex has a large private leisure centre with swimming pools, and eating/drinking facilities. There is a charge for entry to the leisure centre which is open May to September.

The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom both with built in wardrobes. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A large family bathroom with shower over bath.

The small american kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a microwave, worktop oven and seperate hob unit. Washing machine and small diswasher are also provided.

The lounge diner benefits from air conditioning, TV with some English, French, German and Spanish channels and a DVD Player and music centre. A door leads to a terrace with patio furniture

Cleaning & laundry costs are payable locally. 35 euro for cleaning and laundry is charged at 7 euro pp. Electricity is also payable locally at 10cents per unit. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems.
