The area of Cabo Roig (referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca)on the Orihuela Costa is popular for its beaches, restaurants and bars and is only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast. There is a local bus service which regularly runs along the N332 to Torrevieja and Cartagena.
This is a large 4 bedroom detached villa with private pool and gardens located in a quiet road 5 mins walk from the beach.
The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds) all with built in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms lead onto the balcony and have large windows letting the sun stream in making the rooms feel very light and airy.
There is a family lounge with dining area and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. There is also a further smaller lounge leading onto a patio area outside. The private pool has large sunbathing areas with garden furniture and sun beds.
Within a five minute walk you will find bars, shops, restaurants, the marina and the beach. There is another beach a little further away.
Within a twenty minute walk the popular ‘Golden Mile’ or 'Cabo Roig strip' area offers a real cosmopolitan choice of restaurants bars and café’s. This area has a lovely atmosphere during the summer months.
Price includes your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys.
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. The rates below include all utility bills, your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally)
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
