Villamartin is renowned for its golf course. This is a new apartment, first occupied in July 2009, integrated in a small complex of 4 houses and can accommodate 6 guests.
There is NO SMOKING except on the terrace and garden
It is located on the ground floor with a private garden and the communal swimming pool is only 10 meters away with a pool for young children, clearly visible from the terrace. There is free Wifi in the property.
The nearest beach is La Zenia, less than 5 kms away. Villamartin Plaza, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, 30 bars and restaurants, are about 2 mins by car, or 10 mins walking
The property is available for a long let at 450euros a month, this includes all bills except the electric
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
