La Isla Del Condado: A RESORT IN THE MIDDLE OF A LAKE
Water is the main feature in La Isla del Condado. It surrounds the resort
which is located in the middle of the central lake , Grand Lake, in Condado
de Alhama. There are tailor -made surroundings, with a central boulevard
incorporating green areas , children ' s play areas and parking.

This is a brand new 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment available for short holiday lets or long term lets.The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard comprising of a fully fitted kitchen, including microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. The dining area and lounge has patio doors which lead out onto the balcony for al fresco dining and to relax and enjoy. There is an iPod docking station, a CD player and Satellite / Cable TV, showing English channels (subject to availability)
There are two bedrooms with the master bedroom leading out onto the balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with air conditioning for your comfort.
This first floor apartment has a private parking space and the resort island can only be entered via a bridge and access point. It is within easy reach of the spectacular new marina at Puerto de Mazarron with its' palm fringed promenade , beautiful views and beaches , many restaurants , cafes and bars. Also within easy reach are the towns of Cartagena , Totana , Lorca , Murcia & the Sierra Espuna National Park.
The amenities on site include tennis courts , squash , gym, a tapas bar, a childrens playground and three pools to choose from. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is a 25 minute drive from San Javier, Murcia airport and 45mins from Alicante.It will be a 15-20 minute drive from Corvera airport ( Under construction , due to open late 2010)

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
