This charming apartment is set in well maintained grounds which boasts 2 communal swimming pools.
This fully air-conditioned property comprises of lounge with dining area, a well equipped separate kitchen with all of the usual white goods plus a full oven, electric hob and microwave, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (plus a double sofa bed in the lounge allowing the apartment to sleep up to 6 people). There is also a full bathroom with over-bath shower.
In addition to the standard fixtures and fittings there is also a TV in the lounge (which receives UK TV Channels - subject to availability), and CD player. For a minimal fee of 15€ a week you can also take advantage of fast ADSL internet connection within the apartment.
The owner of this lovely apartment is proud to assure our guests that this is a safe, secure area and the apartment enjoys a secluded position with outside seating areas. There are patios to both the front and the rear of the property, the front patio is a good size and is South-West facing so guests can enjoy the sunshine all day long and really appreciate the sunsets in the balmy evenings.
The communal pools are located at back of the complex block along with a garden play area for the children, making this a great place for a family holiday.
If you are bringing a car there is parking available in front of the apartment.
Punta Prima has a large choice of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks etc all within walking distance from the apartment. Local leisure activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, walking, water-skiing, windsurfing, aqua-park and go-karting. Car hire is not necessary in order to enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday but recommended if you wish to venture further a field. There are at least 4 local beaches within a 10 minute drive.
If you prefer the sand of a bunker to that of the beach, there are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Along with Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only an hours drive south. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.
Nearby Torrevieja (5 km) with
its sea front promenade, aqua park and marina, is an easy car ride away
with a regular bus service (bus stop is just a few minutes away) and offers
all the attractions of a large seaside town.
Linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter and beach towels are also available for hire for your stay.
RESTRICTIONS
The Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male or all-female
bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in some circumstances
and with prior consent of owner
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON TERRACE - any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit.
