This 2 bedroom (plus optional studio apartment) villa is situated in the heart of the well established residential area of La Florida and a short distance from the beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa.
The bright and airy, main villa comprises of a comfortable lounge/dining area with a well equipped American style kitchen, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom, 1 twin bedded bedroom and a family bathroom.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and there is a single sofa bed and an additional temporary single fold-up bed to enable up to 6 people to share the main villa. There is UK TV channels, DVD player and cd/radio player. For the cooler months there are oil-filled radiators.
The well equipped kitchen has an electric 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron, oven and grill - enough to make your Sunday roast or attempt something more exotic! For formal dining there is an interior dining seating area for up to 8 people.
Leading out from the lounge area is the main entrance door which opens onto the small balcony which overlooks the splash pool below. This is a great area for long summer evenings with the kids splashing about in the pool and the adults getting together around a couple of bottles of the local vino.
This is also a great private space to sunbathe and if it gets too hot there is a sun awning to block out the midday rays. This is also a lovely area to take your breakfast in the morning and, at the risk of repeating myself, to also to sit out on those long, sultry evenings with a glass of the local vino catching up on the days events. - who needs expensive bars and restaurants when you have all this! Perfect for those of you wishing to really experience the Alfresco dining of the Mediterranean without the need to leave your holiday home.
The independent studio apartment at the top of the villa (which is available to rent in addition to the main house) has a double sofa-bed, full cooking facilities and it’s own toilet and shower room. Off from the lounge, through patio doors there is an additional balcony which overlooks the pool and patio area.
Please be assured that the studio apartment is not rented out separately so you do not need to be concerned that you might be sharing the villa with strangers if you were only wishing to rent the main villa. The studio is there to be used if required (for an additional fee of course).
The jewel of this property is that the guests have their own private splash pool - which is a rarity for properties in this area. Most villas with private pools are on the outskirts and therefore everything has to be driven to, whereas this villa is within easy walking distance of everything!
Within a short walk is a large
leisure complex called the Emerald Isle. Here you can while away the day
sipping cocktails around the huge pool whilst the children entertain themselves
in the play area. There is family entertainment on a daily basis throughout
the year. There are a number of Bowls areas and Tennis courts. Please
note there is a nominal fee for some of their facilities.
Also within easy reach are shops, numerous bars and restaurants, chemists
and medical facilities. Garages, banks and a local market complete the
facilities on offer. Within a ten minute drive is the bustling town of
Torrevieja, this boasts an abundance of attractions which include a Waterpark,
multiplex cinema, bowling, etc.
Finally, the whole area is surrounded with many 'Blue-flag' beaches which are cleaned daily and easy to reach, there is also a number of popular Golf courses and fantastic fishing in the area, both sea and coarse.
This property is ideally located for some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, golf courses and attractions that the area has to offer.

Additional Local Charges
Please note the €75/€95 is added to the above rates for key
handover and local cleaning charges . This is payable in cash on arrival
along with a refundable Security Deposit of €250
Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter and beach towels are also available for hire for your stay.
RESTRICTIONS
The Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male or all-female
bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in some circumstances
and with prior consent of owner
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON
TERRACE - any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security
deposit.
