This impressive end of terrace 2 bedroom house sits on a corner plot and occupies an enviable position on the edge of the community, overlooking the pool and attractive garden area. The house has been completely and sympathetically refurbished to a very high standard but retaining many original Spanish features. All the windows have reflective glass for greater privacy. The property supports hot and cold air conditioning both up and downstairs coupled with a living flame fire for use during the short winter period.

El Chaparral offers various shops including a grocery store, hardware store, hairdresser, newsagent, a pizzeria, restaurants and several bars, some with live entertainment in the evening, it also has its own health centre. Close by is the natural park of La Mata, La Mata beach being 3 km from the property, also the vast beach and sand dunes of Guardamar del Segura are approximately 12 km from El Chaparral. In summer months, a small aqua park Los Flamingos opens its gates and is within a short walk of the property.

Just a couple of km down the road is the bustling town of Torrevieja which has several beautiful beaches and a long, wide promenade with many cafes and restaurants. A new harbour is nearing completion and a pier taking you about a mile out to see has recently been opened. There are countless bars, an open air market, and many shops from bargain to designer clothing, leather goods etc.

No car, no problem, a regular bus service runs every 20 minutes and the bus stop is a short walk from the property.
