We have a number of 2 bedroom properties within Orbi Playa, including sea view and properties close to each other - ideal for larger parties who wish to holiday together without being on top of one another

This new development is situated next door to Palacio Del Mar and is ideally positioned just across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.

This beautiful, luxury beach apartment has air conditioning ducted throughout the whole apartment. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double, posture-pedic bed and the other with large twin beds. There is 1 bathroom with the usual 4 piece suite and a powerful over-bath shower. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer. In the open air utility area there is a washing machine/tumbler dryer and plenty of space to store beach items, along with a separate sink.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, TV - with UK and some Sky channels, DVD player, radio and a dining area. There are enough seats in the apartment for 6 to dine.

The terrace on this apartment is larger than average and overlooks the pool and recreation area. There is a large quality patio table and seating for alfresco dining, along with sun loungers and huge parasol.

There is a video/phone security entrance system, a small safe and we have additional patio door locks and security grilles on all doors and windows for your total peace of mind.

Orbi Playa has a large, residents pool area which has a main pool and a separate, shallow children’s pool. There is also a knick-knack shop and very good Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of this complex (which also offers takeaway service).

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce.

Just a five-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade, sandy beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes.You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

Other local amenities include water-sports, horse-riding and go karting not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.

There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 10 minutes.
