This Superb apartment is situated in the Spanish village of Daya Nueva, surrounded by orange groves and walking distance to the village centre and all its amenities. It is only a 25 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from San Javier Murcia airport. It is also very close to La Finca Golf Club and the town of Almoradi and only 10 minutes to the beautiful, sandy beaches of Guardamar and the pine forest.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge, full Kitchen, balcony also a private roof solarium and communal roof top splash pool with lovely views across the orange groves. Bed linen and quilts are provided as are bath and hand towels. Beach towels are not provided. Please do not use the apartment towels as beach towels.The apartment comes with: Air Conditioning, washing machine, iron & ironing board, airer, toaster, kettle, Juicer, hob & oven fridge freezer, TV & DVD and a basic Games Consule and a hair dryer. For security there is a door entry system in to the apartment.
This area is a golfers paradise,
La Finca, La Marquesa, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are all within a 20
minute drive. There are a further 25 courses within driving distance. If
necessary clubs can be hired at most courses. Proof of handicap may be
required at some courses.
Daya Nueva village has a few shops, a Hardware store, tobacconist , a small
grocers, two bakeries and a butcher .There is an Intermarche supermarket
in Almoradi, 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
