It is set in a private garden with a small plunge pool (which is perfect for the kids to splash around in), where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
There are a wide range of superb bars and restaurants (offering many styles of cuisine), shops and banks along with horse-riding and lovely countryside all within 5-10 mins walk. A little further a field, in Torrevieja, you can find many fashionable shops and boutiques.You have the choice of 4 to 6 lovely beaches to enjoy, all within 15/20 mins drive where you can enjoy an array of different types of water sports such as diving, sailing or simply snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of the Med.
If golf is your game then you will be spoilt for choice. There are 4 great golf courses close to your holiday home with the well known Villamartin course (host of the 1994 Mediterranean Open) being just a couple of minutes by car, and the challenging courses of Campoamor and Las Ramblas only 5 minutes away.
The impressive new 'La Finca' course, with its friendly and accommodating clubhouse, is a top quality champion course that's nestled amongst mountains and the coast and is an easy 15 minute drive from your door.
On site transport to local beaches, bars and restaurants can be organised as can cooked breakfasts, delivered to your apartment each morning (at added cost).There is also an apartment that sleeps 4 on the ground floor so if you book both it can sleep up to 10.
The owner lives on site to answer all your questions and is there 24/7 in case of emergencies.

If you don't want to hire a car, there is local transport buses and taxis just 5 mins walk through the gate house.
