The area of Villamartin is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 10 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar. During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets.
Whether your perfect holiday consists of golf and activity or rest and relaxation, you will find it here. There is everything you need nearby, including a large supermarket and you are also only a 15 minute drive from the lively, metropolitan town of Torrevieja, a large town with lovely beaches and promenades with a vast choice or bars and restaurants to suit every pocket.
For every day of the week you will find bustling markets nearby for wonderful bargains on clothing, fresh food and fish.
There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from the Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.
This property is a three bedroom townhouse set in the development of Bosque de las Lomas, Villamartin.
There are two twin bedrooms
and one double bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and two bedrooms
have sun terraces.The main bedroom upstairs has french doors off to a
lovely balcony with open aspect. All rooms have wardrobes bed side tables
with lamps and chest of drawers. Linen and towels are provided but please
provide your own beach towels.
There is a bathroom with full size bath with shower over, toilet,vanity
sink and bidet on the first floor. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with
toilet and sink
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board,
toaster etc
The large open plan living/dining room has a covered terrace, ideal for
alfresco meals and that glass of wine. There is a HI Fi, CD Player, Radio,
Board Games and books available for guests.
Outside there is a shaded front
porch. The house is east/west facing for all day sunshine. There are five,
yes five, communal pools to choose from within a minutes walk from the
house.
The Villamartin Plaza is a 15 min walk with many wonderful restaurants
and shops set in a lovely courtyard with Palm trees.
