Facing the tranquil waters of Mar Menor, San Pedro del Pinatar, a truly traditional Spanish town, is one of the main tourist destinations on the Murcia coast. Here you will find this lovely 2 bedroom townhouse with roof top solarium, 15-20 minutes from Murcia airport. (San Javier) The famous Mar Menor is only a 30 mins easy stroll with very safe bathing for the children. It also perfect for golfers as there are 3 championship golf courses within easy reach and around 6 top quality courses in all. This area enjoys 320 days a year of sunshine with average air temperatures of 18 – 22°. The area is flat and cycling is very popular.
It has two double bedrooms, one twin bedded and one with a double bed. On the ground floor you have a patio outside at the front, inside you have a lounge, dining room, a fitted kitchen, a W.C. with wash basin and mirror, and an outside utility area for drying washing etc.
The lounge is equipped with flat screen TV with english channels (subject to availability) and DVD player. The property is fully air conditioned with units in the lounge and bedrooms. On the first floor you have the two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath, shower, bidet etc.
Up the stairs again and there is a roof sun terrace with views of the sea at the front. There is a large communal swimming pool with separate area for small children. A key is available at the property to gain entry. Each block of houses have their own pool, so it is never busy.
There are two beaches within about a twenty minute walk. It is a flat easy walk with no hills. The beach at the end of the promenade has shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bar and a restaurant at the end of the road within a five minute walk. There are two supermarkets within a five minute drive.
The main attractions of San Pedro are concentrated around the beach and shore. Here you will find Lo Pagán, a lively tourist centre which has all kinds of holiday facilities, such as hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. Next to the long promenade facing the Mar Menor are extensive beaches such as La Puntica or Villananitos. This watery setting, combined with the facilities at its marina, means you can do a great many sports, such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing.
As well as one of the town's architectural symbols, the Quintín mill, the surrounding area contains the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park, a space where a great many species of migratory birds come to nest. You can also benefit from the therapeutic properties of its mud, especially suitable for treating bone and skin ailments.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
