This superb three bedroom semi-detached villa is located in a peaceful location on the urbanisation of Dream Hills II in Los Altos but only five minutes drive away from the beautiful sandy beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca.
Coming into the main entrance of the villa from the gardens you enter the cool interior of the air-conditioned lounge and dining area. This family room is comfortably furnished with a dining area for 6 people and comfortable seating in the lounge including a double sofa bed for two people to sleep on. There is a TV with some English speaking channels (not guaranteed and subject to availability).
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a full electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
This well furnished property has two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The master bedroom also has it’s own private balcony. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a toilet and shower and a full family bathroom on the upper floor which has a bath.
For your comfort and sunbathing pleasure there are a couple of cushioned sun loungers as well as a patio table and chairs to allow you to fully enjoy the alfresco dining of the Mediterranean . Just across from your front door is the superb communal pool for the residents use only, set in landscaped gardens with a shower.
There are lots of outside areas for sunbathing and entertaining and in addition to the gated front garden there is a private roof terrace and a private balcony leading off from the double bedroom. From the roof terrace you have distant sea views and a tantalising glimpse of the communal pool. With beautiful sunsets abound this makes for an ideal spot to sit out on those warm summer evenings and enjoy a intimate dinner, whilst sampling the local vino!
Located within a short walk are local shopping areas including bars, supermarkets and various restaurants. Within a short drive there is a go-karting track, water park, cinema, casino, tin pin bowling centre and a huge shopping mall and hypermarket.
Torrevieja town centre with its lively bars, cosmopolitan range of restaurants, shops, craft market and resident fun-fair is also a great place to visit and less than 10 minutes away by car.
This area is a golfers’ paradise with many excellent golf courses all within a short drive and you will be spoilt for choice. La Finca, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin to mention just a few.

result in forfeit of security deposit
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
