Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport.
Its southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there!
There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential.
This property is a 2 bedroom south facing upstairs apartment with a large roof top solarium. The lounge has English TV (70 channels subject to availability) and a DVD player. It has part air-con which is included in the price with fans available in the two bedrooms. The apartment is just 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport (airport pick-ups can be arranged).
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. Car hire is not essential,airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport .A damage and key deposit of £100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Payment may be made by personal cheque, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments via Pay Pal. These payments will incur an additional charge of 4%.
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
