It is located in Dona Pepa 11, Cuidad Quesada which is just a short walk to the salt lakes which, according to the world health organisation, is one of the healthiest places in Europe. Local bars, shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk.

The award winning town of Cuidad Quesada surrounded by orange and lemon groves, is situated 35 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier), providing a wide choice of flights from the low-cost airlines operating to both these airports. Quesada also has tennis courts, a Bowls Club, and its own water park. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only a short drive and consists of miles of golden sand bordered, for a large part of its length, by sand dunes and pines
