The award winning town of Cuidad Quesada, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, is situated 35 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier), providing a wide choice of flights from the low-cost airlines operating to both these airports. Quesada also has tennis courts, a Bowls Club and its own water park. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only a short drive away and consists of miles of golden sand bordered, for a large part of its length, by sand dunes and pines. The promenade has many restaurants overlooking the sea and water sports of all kinds are available.

Bustling Torrevieja is also a short drive away, as are La Mata nature reserve and the salt lakes, complete with flocks of pink flamingos. This villa is realistically priced to obtain a genuine long term rental and viewing is highly recommended.
